I am a certified Hatha yoga teacher, freelance artist, professional dancer, and reiki student.
With a background in contemporary dance and arts,
I created the SoulFlows as a safe space for everyone to explore movement mindfully
and connect to their inner world.Veronica

My Goal

With my Hatha Yoga classes, I invite students to dive inward and invest in themselves.

Take time to pause and anchor on the Self, focusing on deep breathing and mindful movement. If you want to feel the benefits of mobility, relaxation, strength, and balance on your mat as well as in your life, this might be the class for you.

I wish to bring the practice of Hatha yoga closer to all people. We mostly lead busy and hectic lives and my aim is to bring calmness and balance, a moment to slow down and become once again, fully present in your body.

The Hatha Yoga practices I offer are designed following the seven main chakras. Each main chakra is connected to a gland or organ. The focus will be on the benefits the organs and body receive by practicing correct breathing and posture alignment. Practicing Hatha Yoga regularly is beneficial for the body, mind, and spiritual well-being.
